1. Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be approved.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your provided bank account or other approved payment method.
• Replacement or exchanged products, subject to availability, will generally be delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under our return policy.
• To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product and packaging.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
